Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

We offer free shipping on orders over $300. Orders under $300 will be charged shipping depending on where you are located in the United States. For non-clothing shipments that are larger in size, we occasionally need to charge extra shipping. We will certainly notify you if this is the case. We are also happy to give you a shipping quote prior to placing your order if that is preferred.

We will try our best to ship your order within 24- 48 hours. If an order is placed outside of normal business hours (Monday - Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 10am-6pm), it will ship out the following business day. Exceptions to this are federal holidays and other days when the store is closed.

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS Priority or first class depending on weight of the package. We will send a shipping notification email with your tracking number once your order has been packaged and leaves our store. Most orders will take 2-5 days from this time to be delivered.

If you have other shipping needs, including requiring faster shipping, please contact us at hello@cocoleto.com and we will work to accommodate your request.

If you need your order (or items in your order) gift wrapped, we are more than happy to provide the complimentary service. Please leave instructions in the comment section when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for an order once it has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you'd like signature required shipping for your order, please contact us at hello@cocoleto.com at the time your order is placed.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We are happy to offer shipping to our Canadian customers for a flat-rate. For non-clothing shipments, we occasionally need to charge extra shipping. We will notify you if this is the case. We are also happy to give you a shipping quote prior to placing your order if that is preferred.

Orders are shipped ups, and could take up to several weeks to be delivered. We may not be able to provide tracking information on your order.
