Once your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation and summary of your order. We will credit you the amount of the unavailable item and provide shipping details at that time. We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $300. All other orders will be charged a fee of either $12, $16 or $18 based on package size. We strive to send out all orders within 24-48 hours or 1-2 business days.
